hey bestie đź’—
i’m Teara Renee, MPAÂ
I'm Teara Renee—a speaker, prevention educator, advocate, creator, mama, and believer that the healthiest relationships begin with the relationship we have with ourselves.
For more than 15 years, I've dedicated my career to helping people build safer, healthier lives through prevention, education, and advocacy. My work has included domestic violence prevention, human trafficking prevention, youth empowerment, violence intervention, and strengthening families across Southern California.
Today, I serve as the Prevention & Outreach Supervisor at Option House Inc., where I lead community education, teen relationship abuse prevention, outreach initiatives, volunteer development, and violence prevention programs throughout San Bernardino County.
But somewhere along the way, I realized something:
The work wasn't just about preventing violence.
It was about helping people become the version of themselves that creates healthier relationships, communicates with intention, and breaks cycles before they begin.
That's the heart of everything I do today.
Whether I'm speaking on a stage, leading a training, creating content, coaching one-on-one, or sharing lessons from my own life, my goal is always the same—to help people strengthen the identity behind the life they're trying to build.
Around here, we have honest conversations about:
Self-concept & identity shifts
Emotional wellness & emotional regulation
Healthy relationships
Parenting & raising emotionally healthy children
Healing, boundaries & intentional growth
Leadership & advocacy
I don't believe growth has to be loud to be life-changing.
Sometimes healing looks like asking a better question.
Sometimes it looks like choosing a different response.
Sometimes it simply looks like deciding to trust yourself again.
My mission is to help people break generational cycles, strengthen healthier identities, and create relationships, families, and communities rooted in connection, intention, and emotional safety.
Because when we change the way we see ourselves, we change the way we show up for everyone around us.
This is your reminder that growth can be soft, intentional... and still look good. 💕🦖
